1. Dover-Medway
Look forward to public and private homes close to public transport, amenities and recreational spaces that are well-connected through cycling paths and sheltered walkways.

2. Mediapolis
Mediapolis welcomes more new homes close to public transport with good walkability and cycling paths. Future residents can also enjoy nature and heritage at the nearby one-north Park, Wessex estate and the Rail Corridor.

3. Live and learn within NUS
New student residences integrated with educational and interactive spaces will add to the energy and buzz of campus life.
A new nexus at Kent Ridge Exchange
Change is afoot around Kent Ridge MRT Station! The new southern gateway to Greater one-north will include developments at Singapore Science Park, Dover-Medway and the redevelopment of NUH. Studies are also ongoing to extend the Jurong Region Line to connect with the Circle Line at Kent Ridge station.

Mediapolis Community Area is envisioned as an exciting community space for sports, pop-up concepts and lifestyle activities.

8. Yusof Ishak House
Designed with sustainability and net-zero energy in mind, NUS’ refreshed Yusof Ishak House will become a vibrant social hub.

9. Train Pod
Train Pod @ one-north offers a sustainable staycation in a decommissioned MRT train cabin repurposed into a co-living hotel.

10. Rochester 7
Rochester 7 is a cluster of seven colonial-era bungalows that will house new lifestyle and wellness offerings to supplement Rochester Park.

11. Blk 69 Ayer Rajah Crescent
Blk 69 Ayer Rajah Crescent will be rejuvenated to offer event spaces, collaborative workspaces and exciting food and retail options.

12. Public Art Installations at Wessex estate
Commissioned by The Everyday Museum, a public art initiative by Singapore Art Museum, invite visitors to reflect on the evolving uses of the iconic Rail Corridor.
