Vibrant City Living for All
The Central Region will offer a wider range of housing options close to public transport, amenities, greenery and heritage.
Building more homes and amenities for all
To meet new needs and growing aspirations, the region will have a wider range of housing options. Residents will be close to public transport, amenities, greenery and heritage. In land-scarce Singapore, this is made possible through the redevelopment of brownfield sites, which are previously developed areas.

The estate is set to launch its first Build-to-Order project in October 2025, complemented by better public transport links, safer streets and reduced vehicular traffic.
