Laying the ground for new workplaces
As part of Singapore’s decentralisation strategy, business and job nodes are expanding across the island. This will bring a pipeline of jobs closer to homes in Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Punggol, Sengkang and Serangoon.

The neighbourhood is home to various developments that foster interaction among residents and visitors.

Connect
An elevated pedestrian bridge between Punggol Regional Sport Centre and One Punggol brings people to Sam Kee LRT Station and Punggol MRT Station via Punggol Green.
Learn
The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) Punggol Campus is located within the Punggol Digital District and next to JTC’s business park, offering purpose-built spaces to build strong industry connections and support flexible learning. Its buildings are connected via Campus Boulevard on the ground and the distinctive elevated Collaboration Loop.

Nexus lies at the heart of the Punggol Digital District, offering a sheltered community plaza connected to the Punggol Coast MRT Station and bus interchange. Besides retail offerings, it has a vast open space for community events and bonding.

One Punggol is a one-stop lifestyle hub for residents. It comprises a community club, library, hawker centre, childcare centre, senior care centre and dialysis centre.

More than a workplace at Punggol Digital District (PDD)
This next-generation smart and sustainable mixed-use district connects the SIT campus with business park spaces by JTC. It is expected to bring 28,000 jobs closer to homes in Punggol, focusing on key growth sectors of the digital economy, such as fintech, cybersecurity, robotics and artificial intelligence. SIT’s campus in PDD also provides a real-world applied learning environment for students and opportunities for closer collaboration between businesses and the university.
Residents can enjoy PDD’s completed amenities and look forward to more upcoming ones from the second half of 2025.
